Ethos Collaborative is pleased to announce that their own Damon Weiss has been invited to the Clinton Global Initiative 2015 event in Denver, Colorado, promoting collaboration and actionable ideas towards developing real-world solutions for economic growth, long-term competitiveness, and social mobility in the United States. Damon will be participating in a working group called “Infrastructure for Cities and States: Mobilizing Private Investment for Public Infrastructure“, which will be focused this year on water infrastructure and green infrastructure. Subtopics of the Infrastructure Working Group include:
- Innovative Financing Mechanisms, including Private-Public Partnerships, Infrastructure Banks and Pay-for-Success (also known as Social Impact Bonds)
- Strategic Project Selection, with an emphasis on developing robust and measurable performance metrics
- Enhanced Water Supply Maintenance, promoting cross-sector opportunities that efficiency, access and quality.
